Penny is my 1 year old Pit mix rescue.  Loraine has been indispensable in helping Penny to learn her manners around our cats and unlearn the bad behaviors she learned as a stray.  Penny is a challenging case, but Loraine's upbeat attitude and know-how has encouraged us to keep at it time and again, and we are seeing great results. We would be lost without Loraine and she helps us to love Penny better and better as time goes on!

“Train the Owner, Love the Dog” was never truer than in our case.  Charley is a rescue who came to us with fear anxiety.  Not having been a dog owner before, we were doing things wrong.  Lorain saved both us and Charley.  She told us that we needed to be in charge so Charley could relax and be the sweet girl she is.  Lorain taught us the importance of being firm, patient, loving and consistent.  We learned that if we let Charley know we’re in charge, she will be less fearful.  Because of Lorain Charley is a much happier and better-behaved pup.  We’re all still a work in progress but Charley brings us joy every day and hopefully we bring her happiness as well.  If you need to be trained we highly recommend Lorain, in our opinion, she’s honestly the best!

I must say I have owned many dogs & trained most myself.  But, either I got too old or my dogs got too big!  I hired Lorain to work with us...and work she did.  She has the patience of a saint & she is so soft spoken it's unreal.  She took Pickles & his mother (me) & taught us how to communicate, in no time.  Pickles does as he is told.  In fact, he does as he should without being told.
